We are DataDive/CSOP SRL, a market research company present on the Romanian market since 1992.

CSOP S.R.L. administers Data Dive Panel, an online consumer opinion survey solution.

With your consent, we would like to collect your email address in order to send you invitations to participate in our studies.

What is an online panel?

An online panel is a platform with a group of people who agree to regularly participate in online market research.

Anyone who agrees the terms and conditions can register in the panel.

Conditions of Participation

Any person aged 16 and over, resident in Romania, is free to register in the Data Dive Panel.

For reasons related to the criteria required by a certain research, not all those enrolled in the panel will receive invitations to participate in it.

Each survey is carried out on a limited number of respondents and in a limited period of time.

Is registration in the Panel linked to a registration fee?

No. Your registration has only the role of allowing us to invite you to our studies and to deliver the rewards. For each completed survey, you will receive an EMAG voucher code, allocated according to its length and difficulty.

In each invitation you will find information related to the duration of the survey, the deadline for completion and especially the value of the gift voucher which you will receive for completing it in its entirety.

Payments

The payments are in the form of Emag vouchers. Depending on the study completed, you will receive a gift voucher as a reward for the allocated time. All information related to the payment will be described in the invitation. The value of each voucher is different and correlated with the duration the survey.

Registration

The registrations in Data Dive Panel is administered, owned and operated by the CENTER FOR THE STUDY OF OPINION AND MARKET (CSOP) SRL and aims to recruit new members. Your registration is voluntary.

You can only have one member account.

If we notice that you have used several e-mail addresses (for example using false names) or that several household members are registered, the membership of the Data Dive Panel will be canceled both for you and for the other members of the household.

Completing questionnaires

After registering in the DataDive Panel, you will receive invitations to participate in online surveys. The answers must be personal and not influenced by other people. There are no right or wrong answers. Your opinions are important to us.

A survey / questionnaire is valid only if it is completed in its entirety, if the duration of completion falls within the limits validated by the respective study and is completed within the period of development announced in the invitation.

We recommend that you complete the questionnaire without interruption once you have entered the link received.

Surveys are sent when your profile meets the criteria required in the study/questionnaire.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your membership status, please send an email to contact@data-dive.eu in which to request to unsubscribe. Your account will be deleted and you will no longer be contacted.
